Gladdis Enterprises is a multidisciplinary community development organization that unites initiatives focused on maternal and family wellness, housing justice, civic engagement, and transformative neighborhood development to address the interconnected needs of underserved communities. Through programs including parenting and doula support, homeschooling guidance, tenant advocacy, community resource hubs, voter engagement initiatives, and the development of Destiny Estates, the organization creates integrated solutions that strengthen families and improve quality of life. Its work combines direct services, education, advocacy, and community-centered spaces designed to reduce barriers, promote safety and stability, and foster long-term economic and social mobility.
